DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?
All orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis, if you drop off your clothes or have them picked up early in the day there is a higher chance that you can get your clothes done in the same day. You will also get a text message once your clothes are done and ready for pick up or delivery, we will keep you up to date with your clothes status!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LAUNDRY?
Customers have the option to either pay for all pick up or drop off services with a credit card, in person or over the phone. Customers with no internet access can call 1-718-443-5131 to schedule their pickup and either pay cash at delivery or call with their credit card number as well.
DO WE NEED TO SEPARATE OUR LAUNDRY?
You do not need to separate your laundry if you are having a standard wash and fold. If specific clothes need certain instructions then please separate in individual bags and label for our staff to provide you with the best service possible.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
You can always call us to schedule a drop off, pick up or delivery.
CAN I USE MY OWN SOAP?
Yes you can use your own soap for self service. For drop off or pick up services, we have our own soap, please choose from the Basic or Premium package that we offer. If you have a need for it, please inquire about hypoallergenic soap use, we can swap out the basic soaps we use for this accommodation.
